Remember, 10% of all claims for an injury in sport result in a lawsuit. Basically, a lawyer goes looking for wallets. D&O is, IMHO, bad-business-decision insurance. So, if our enterprising parasite links the injury to a decision made by someone within the leadership of your rugby club, BOOM, lawsuit.
Especially if you have money…
